Final ALL Classes Project. REQUIRED. Worth 50 points. You may use the Adobe product of your choice: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, or Character Builder. Your final project is due Friday, May 31 NO EXCEPTIONS.

The theme is "When We All Fall Asleep". Where do we go when we fall asleep? Is it possible for two people to share the same dream?

Week 14: April 29- May 3
The Magazine cover is due Tuesday. No late work will be accepted without a grade mark-down. Deadlines are everything in this industry!

Need some extra credit? Or make-up for an assignment? CLICK HERE, follow the directions, watch the video and produce a great portrait.
Week 13: April 22-26
Finish the Magazine cover. You should have completed Unit 3: Logos and Design and also Unit 4: Badges by now. Show me your screen with your quiz scores and the projects you worked on while watching the ACA videos.
Week 12: April 15-19
READ the assignment on the Software Classes page. Revisit the Photoshop Unit 3 videos and begin work on your magazine cover
Week 11: April 8-12 4th Quarter Starts
You should have completed Illustrator 4- Badges, Lessons 401-420 by the end of the week. Show me your screen with the quiz score (for a grade), and turn in your badge.
ASSIGNMENT: Do the Toothpaste with Gleamies and turn-in a .png file with your full name as the name of the file.
Week 10: April 1-5
You should have completed Illustrator 3- Logos and Design, Lessons 301-314 by the end of the week. Show me your screen with the quiz score (for a grade), and turn in your logo.
ASSIGNMENT: Do the Bezier Exercise and Show Durkin your screen shots as you get each level done.

ALL CLASSES: Wednesday and Thursday demos: how to do photo touch-up. BEFORE the demonstration, Right-click on the photo of the woman and open up the file in Photoshop. Change the name of the file to: YourFullName.jpg.

Proceed through the videos:101-108 and take Quiz 1 again.

Week of January 28 - February 1, 2019

This semester you will be learning how to efficiently and effectively use the Adobe software, Illustrator. You can earn college credit by passing the Adobe Certified Associate exam (optional) at the end of the course.

You are responsible for your learning. You will be watching training videos made by the best in the business: ACA Test Prep by Brainbuffet Elite (or click on the red, circle, logo at the top of the page). From the videos you will create Illustrator projects that will further cement your learning of this complex software.

There will also be other projects on this website that you should do - indicated by the "FOR A GRADE" symbol. There will be a final exam (taken from the ACA Practice Quiz questions) and a culminating project at the end of the semester.
